PCHRD Payee Database

PCHRD Payee Database is developed to address and meet the standard set by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM). The National Government uses two schemes for payment of Account Payables (A/Ps): 1) the Common Fund Scheme where payment is made through issuance of Modified Disbursement System (MDS) checks, and 2) the Direct Payment Scheme (DPS) via bank debit system, through issuance of Advice to Debit Account (ADA).

PCHRD Payee Database is being used to log all the Account Payables issued and paid by PCHRD. It supports the two payment schemes uses by the National Government of the Philippines.
